By registering for and participating in Diamond Draft Weekend, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and professional experience for all participants.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
All participants must complete registration and submit full payment prior to participation. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmed. Diamond Draft Weekend reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration at its discretion.
REFUND POLICY
Diamond Draft Weekend maintains a structured refund policy to ensure fairness for participants while allowing proper event planning and execution.
- Full Refund: Participants may request a full refund if cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks prior to the official start date of the tournament.
- Event Credit: Cancellations made between 3 to 4 weeks prior to the tournament start date will not be eligible for a cash refund. Instead, the registration fee will be applied as a credit toward a future Diamond Draft Weekend event.
- No Refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the tournament start date due to custom jersey orders.
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing.
In the event that Diamond Draft Weekend is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, facility issues, or other events beyond our control, event credits or partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of event organizers.
No refunds will be issued for player removal due to violation of event rules or code of conduct.
All registration fees are non-refundable, including cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, injuries, or inability to attend.
No refunds will be issued once the event schedule has been finalized.
EVENT FORMAT AND CHANGES
Diamond Draft Weekend reserves the right to modify schedules, formats, team assignments, locations, and rules at any time to ensure the success and safety of the event.
PLAYER CONDUCT
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any form of harassment, violence, excessive intoxication, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Participation in athletic events involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Diamond Draft Weekend, its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliated organizations, including Warrior Suicide Prevention, from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for their own health and medical conditions. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to compete and assume full responsibility for your participation.
PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in Diamond Draft Weekend, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used in photography, video, and promotional materials without compensation.
TEAM ASSIGNMENTS AND DRAFT PROCESS
Diamond Draft Weekend operates as a draft-based event. Team assignments are final and are determined at the sole discretion of event organizers. Requests to change teams may not be honored.
WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE
The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Diamond Draft Weekend is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather or other uncontrollable events.
